Sikkim University Introduces Monthly Menstrual Leave, Adjusts Attendance Policy
Sikkim University has implemented a one-day menstrual leave each month for female students. This provision, proposed by the Sikkim University Students' Association (SUSA) and formalized via a notification by Registrar Laxuman Sharma on December 4, will count toward the 75% attendance requirement, except during examinations.
