Regulatory Compliance
Medical institutions must not run any postgraduate medical qualification, including PDCC or PDF, without NMC approval. Violations may result in action under Sections 9.1 and 9.2 of the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations 2023 and Sections 8(1) and 8(2) of the Maintenance of Standards of Medical Education Regulations 2023.
