Uttaranchal University has earned recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, 1956, along with approval from other statutory bodies at both state and national levels. The university has achieved a remarkable milestone by receiving the prestigious "A+ Grade" accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). This notable accomplishment makes Uttaranchal University the first and sole private university in the state of Uttarakhand to attain the NAAC A+ Grade during the initial accreditation cycle. This achievement firmly positions our university among the top 5% of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the country.
