The Board of Intermediate Education is dedicated to fostering a vision of excellence in education within Andhra Pradesh by providing high-quality leadership, support, and services. Its primary objective is to ensure a constant enhancement of the educational landscape in the state. Established in 1971, the Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh (A.P) was founded to oversee and govern the Intermediate education system in Andhra Pradesh. It is responsible for setting the curriculum and related educational guidelines. Notably, Andhra Pradesh was the pioneer in India to adopt the 10+2+3 education pattern.
