"The Assam Sanskrit Board has been founded with the primary objectives of administering examinations at the culmination of the Senior Secondary School level, devising the curriculum for these examinations, and fulfilling other responsibilities and tasks as specified in the Board's Act, Rules, and Regulations.
Typically, on an annual basis, the Assam Sanskrit Board arranges the Annual Secondary School Examination during February/March and the Supplementary School Examination in August/September. These examinations align with the course and syllabus standards determined by the state Government."
