Description
Arunachal University of Studies (AUS) is a privately-owned institution situated in Namsai. This university has been established under the auspices of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, as a State University, by means of legislation passed by the State Legislature. It operates under the patronage and management of the World Education Mission (WEM).
AUS holds full recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f), and it possesses the authority to confer degrees as stipulated in section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. Additionally, AUS is a proud member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) located in New Delhi.
